Ordering Information
Soaps and other items can take up to 1 week (allow more time around the holidays) before shipping, depending on product availability. If there will be a delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS (mail) or UPS (parcel carrier). Choice of carrier depends on customer request and/or size of package. We generally find USPS to be slightly less costly and try to ship with them first.
Orders shipped UPS will be shipped by ground or as selected by the customer. If you need an item to be shipped for next-day-delivery, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
All items from a single order will be shipped together unless an item is unavailable for immmediate shipment. If an item is unavailable, I will email you for your preference.
Shipping charges listed in shopping cart are for orders to the US and Canada only. Orders going to an APO and FPO can only be shipped via USPS. Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped USPS to avoid heavy brokerage fees. If you wish us to export to a country other than the US or Canada, please contact us for shipping information. Due to export restrictions, not all items are available for export to all coutries.We will investigate the possibilty of shipping to your country and notify you of what can and cannot be shipped.
Current UPS ground delivery takes about 4 days, in most cases, to reach their destination.
Returns Policy
No exchanges, refunds, or returns (for sanitary reasons) on any bath and body product or handmade soap. If you are unsure about any item, please inquire about products before purchase.
If anything is damaged in shipment please contact us and I will do what I can to resolve the situation.
